Pavilion 14

Hello there!

I have the same booting problem last few months and it has been solved but now it happens again?

I've tried all the instructions including press and hold power on button, connect and disconnect AC power, etc. I've tried to hold both Windows button and B key while pressing the power kn button, it turns out there's light on power on button and blinking light on caps lock but the screen is still black. There's also sound of powering on but still nothing happen. How can I fix this?

And if this happens once, does it going to happen like twice thrice and so on? I just use this for only 1yr and 1mth without dropping it anywhere.

I really need your help asap since I've got tonnes of work to be completed.

Thank you

Regards,

Meneedshelppls

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
