My laptop is just 1 year and 3 weeks from new. It was working fine till today t he hard derive is not found.. I tried to run a diagnosing process but the short ssd DST appear as PASS and not available.
How can I run the computer again?
In the case I removed the SSD and connected externally to anther laptop, will the word, excel, pdf and jpg files open?
Help please

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
