My laptop falls from some height and hit with ground by base , after that when I start the laptop it shows

Boot device not found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk

Hard Disk(3F0)

Since there was an accidental damage this is likely to be a Hard drive issue

 

I suggest you run a Hard drive Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Hard drive

If the Hard drive Test fails, please contact HP Support for Service Options
