Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-w001na (ENERGY STAR)

Hi

My laptop comes up with a boot device not found error. When i do a extenjve check it saysnno harddrive installed. I have done everything, bios set up and everything. Ivebfollowed the stepsnto reset but my laptoo doesnt reset either so i am lost with what to do.

 

Please can someone guide me on what to do.
