Hi,

Usually, this indicates that the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced and then reinstall the OS. You can try performing test on the hard drive at boot. Turn off the PC by holding power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast system test or the hard drive test.

Hope it helps,

David

You're welcome.

Let me know if you need any further help.

If you are replacing the hard drive, you could upgrade to an SSD which would give a great performance boost.

All the best,

David
