The 3F0 code typically means the hard drive has failed.

You need to use F2 to run the diagnostics to check out the hard drive -- and post the results back here.

We can proceed when you provide the information.

The error code indicates the hard drive has failed and will have to be replaced.

If you didn't make your Recovery Media needed to install Windows on the new drive it is available to order:

Or, if you took the free upgrade to Windows10 it can be installed  free using the Media Creation Tool at Microsoft to make a bootable flash drive to boot from.
