HP Recommended
My hard drive crashed. Had someone come fix it and they had the USB sent to me. I’m tryin to recover my system and when I do it comes up with a error message. What do I do ? I need it fixed ASAP as it’s been out all week and needed for school. Thanks

If the USB is HP Recovery Media, this error message means that media is not for your model PC.
Recovery Media are model-specific, there is not one set of media used by all PCs.
