Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP 245 G10, product number C2BP4PC#ACJ, supplied under the Tamil Nadu Government/ELCOT scheme. My BIOS is Insyde F.20. Can the government startup logo be safely replaced with the original HP logo using an officially supported method?
