I have just a few year old HP Spectre x360 - 13-4102dx, that decided to just stop turning. It is now out of warrant, but I understand this model has had huge motherboard burnt chip problems and indeed that is what it looks like, with smoke coming off of a likely power chip near the mobo power connector.
This is a $1500 laptop, and for it to go out like this, with so many of them having done so, should be recall issue.
Is there someone at HP here who could hve this repaired or replaced even though it is just out of warranty?
Thank you !!
