Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1771ms

Hi Support Team,

I am using HP Laptop Model-15 dy1771ms. When I am not connecting with power card, the laptop shuts down. While starting the machine with power card it gives me CMOS Checksum Error (502) for a brief moment before boots. I tried to open the laptop to replace the CMOS battery, but I could not find any.
The main battery is new and it has the charge. Not sure why the system shuts down when power cable is not connected
