Please help. After replacement main battery (swollen) every start i see that error. I already recovered BIOS (Win+B key combination) it's useless.
Battery charges ok, working good. But if i shutdown notebook, next start i'll see that error. If i press Enter - reboot and windows 10 start loading with wrong clock and date function. Pls help!

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

It can also help resolve the following issues: - An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance. - The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade. - HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update. " |
(3) Reboot
(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

I tried to install F.47 Rev.A version of BOIS but i got a message: "This BIOS update is not compatible with this device". yesterday i updated bios to version F.71 Rev. 15.08.2022. it installed ok, but didn't solve my problem. Error message 502 disapered but laptop starts with the same delay at the begining and loading with wrong time in WIN 10 (time of last shutdown momet)

Thanks for reporting.
Please < calibrate > your battery ... |
(1) Open windows <device manager> and uninstall "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
- Right click on "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
- Click "Uninstall device"
- Confirm your choice if you see a popup notification
(2) Shutdown notebook
(3) Disconnect charger
(4) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds
(5) Connect charger and wait until battery is fully charged ( check LED indicator )
(6) Start notebook and log in to windows and wait a few minutes
(7) Reboot notebook
(8) Please report back
