" i updated bios to version F.71 Rev. 15.08.2022. it installed ok, but didn't solve my problem. Error message 502 disappeared but laptop starts with the same delay at the beginning and loading with wrong time in WIN 10 (time of last shutdown moment)" - this is my message two days ago.
Made changes in BIOS. still doesn't work perfect. If i disconnect AC power cable before shutdown or after (doesn't matter) - next time notebook will start with aprox 15 sec delay black screen (but there no 502 error message as before) and wrong time in Win 10. Time counting stopped while AC power cable disconnected ((((( If AC power cable is connected before shutdown - next time notebook starting immediately in 1-2 second i see HP logo and round indicator of loading WIn10 with correct time.

Warranty valid: Contact HP Support. A HP technican should check/replace motherboard ...
