A little more info on the saga.

Updated BIOS , now will only boot from Windows recovery disk. All others get the error " Selected Boot Image did not Authenticate".

I have a second larger HP lappy and it has no problem running from my other boot USB's.

The problem lappy will only boot from the Win10 Recover USB, nothing else.
