Can not log in Hp 16 16 in core ultra 512GB Laptop Silver.will not let me do Face ID ask for pin which I’ have forgot keep saying restart and put in pin It says enter A1B2C3 keeps going back to the same thing I have waste a days working trying to sort it I contacted your team at lunch time just get through know. Please help.
