So basically, windows updated my BIOS to F.12 which bricked my laptop. The same thing happened during F.10 but I was able to use a recovery flash drive to get it back running.
But now, I can't even recover it. This is the error message I am getting(refer image). I used
this hp support page(https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/victus-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-e0000/21...) to download and make a recovery usb flash drive.
Tried with two different USBs and nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: variant is 3050ti with 5800H

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like a corrupted BIOS file, In order to correct this issue, the BIOS needs to be flashed by the service center. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
You can also find and visit the nearest HP service center You should explain what defects you noticed on your device and ask for a repair.
