Solved!

Cannot Update BIOS

HP Recommended
Pavilion 15-au114tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have currently F.14 verison of bios (InsydeH20). When I launch update setup it says update is blocked. When I go to bios I did not see any setting says lock bios update etc. How I can update ?

can you clarify certain points
You say you have version f.14, how long have you had the computer, and when was the last update, and is it the model indicated
because here, the first version available

I am it's first owner. This model is of 2016. I bought it before 5 days. I think I have to update it's bios because it's too old. I am updating it first time.

you say you are the first owner, except the computer is very old, so it can not be new, i doubt it ..?

Yes that is the support page of my laptop. And it is not new but I did not know much which is latest model and I bought it by mistake. But I like it
