So, just for the case, as it can be one of the causes of the problem, the battery in my laptop doesn't work properly (mean to buy a new one as soon as possible) , so when I unplug the charger it just turns off, also, when I turned it on, it showed me the "ME state in recovery mode" since the battery broke due to not being used too much by my mum (who passed the laptop to me) , but the system was accessible by simply holding the power button a little longer. So basically:

The laptop worked properly, I watched a YouTube video out of boredom 'till my friend texted me on my phone if I could play,  so I turned off/unplugged the laptop to reposition it back onto the desk, but when I plugged it back in (holding the power button a little longer as usually) , the screen started blinking continuously along with numlock and caps lock untill unplugged, couldn't turn it off by the power button nor could I access the system, tried to turn the laptop on without the battery, still continued to blink, it's just in a boot loop. What can I do?
