Hi everybody,
I need to activate virtualization on my laptop but unfortunately i cannot access to the bios. It requires a password but i cannot find it.
I tried sereval methods following this site : https://www.repairwin.com/how-to-reset-bios-password-hp-probook-elitebook-pavilion-laptop/
[personal information removed]
Possible passwords given by HP website : X97I2E. It does not work.
Please help.

Dear sir,
I applied the procedure given by your support and I can now access to my bios.
However, when my computer starts, it asks me for a BitLocker key but I don't have this key.
Can i desactivate the bitlocker from the bios ?
