Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to dual-boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint, so I made a bootable Linux Mint USB drive. When I click "Select a device" on the windows boot options, and click on the USB option, I get an error saying that the boot device failed. I turned off secure boot, but I still got the error. I know that this has worked before, because I have used memtest86 a few months ago, which I booted off of a USB.
