Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I cannot get into BIOS. I follow the directions: but i do not get the option for UEFI Firmware settings, that i need to get into to enable cpu virtualization

You get into the BIOS either by pressing F10 repeatedly while rebooting, or if that does not work, pressing the Esc key instead and when the HP Startup Menu appears, selecting the Settings option (F10).
If your BIOS has a password preventing you from entering the settings, we can not help with that.
