Ok, since Hp doesn’t seem to work at all, I’m unable to even input my device info.
i have a Hp envy. Warranty is still active. Today, I tried to turn laptop on and it will not start. Orange light blinked 3 times and nothing. Removed cord, help button for 15-20 seconds, plugged back in, and nothing. So I reached out to customer service. Only to be told it’s unavailable at this time. So, now what? There’s no number to call, or any way of contacting them. This is the worst experience I’ve had when trying to reach a customer service rep to help me possibly fix the issue

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're facing with your HP Envy laptop. It sounds like you're experiencing a hardware issue based on the symptoms you've described, such as the orange light blinking.
Here's what you can try, considering the situation:
Double-Check the Battery and Power Adapter:
- Make sure the power adapter is securely connected and not damaged. Try another compatible power adapter if available.
- If the battery is removable, remove it and try to start the laptop with just the power adapter connected.
Perform a Hard Reset Again:
- Disconnect all peripherals, power adapter, and remove the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to discharge any residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then attempt to turn on the laptop.
If the issue persists, I'm sending you a private message to guide you on the next steps.
To access it, click the private message icon in the upper-right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your name.
If this resolves your issue, kindly mark this post as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" if it was helpful.
Take care and have a great day!
