I click install, and then  i select Custon: Install Windows only (adavanced), then i get the menu where i can choose where to install windows, i only have one option Drive 0 Partition 1 the next button is greyed out and there is an error message saying

windows cant be installed on drive 0 partition1(showdetails)
windows cannot be installed on to this disk. the selected disk has an MBR prtition table. on EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to gtp disks.

i am trying to disable the EFI Boot Sources
