Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I turn on my Pavilion laptop and it sounds like it is booting up with fans running but then Windows never boots. The white caps lock light flashes 2 short times. What do I need to do?

Your initial suggestion didn't work but it led me to a working solution. Thank you!I ended up restoring the bios with a flash drive. Thanks again!
