Product: OMEN Laptop - 15t-dh100 CTO

How in this day and age does it take 3-4 weeks for HP to "process" care pack registration for a care pack purchased via hp.com at the same time as the laptop?  I'm sitting here with a bricked $2K laptop thanks to Optane memory --> No boot device found.
