I have ran every test that is available and it says they all PASS, however the problem still exists. I have tried everything that you have suggested, I have looked at how to videos on YouTube, I have tried to get help from anyone and everyone and for some reason nobody has given me the correct way to fix this issue and I have important legal documents that I need on this pc, so IF there is ANYONE who knows what caused this problem and how to actually fix it please please let me know as soon as possible. I feel as if the HP employees are just giving me the run around and if they don't know the solutions to issues that happen with the products they sell then perhaps theyou either need to be trained how to solve them or they need to find a profession in which they DO have knowledge. I will be writing personally to the company soon since it is obvious this forum chat with people who are supposedly working for the HP company could care less about the customers because they either don't respond or give useless suggestions when they decide to actually respond. It makes HP look bad when their employees ignore their customers and I don't believe they will like to hear about what is going on. I have really been patient with waiting for a resolution of this matter and have tried everything that has been suggested even though I had previously done it and I am starting to really lose faith in HP.
