Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14-da0012dx
Operating System: Chrome OS

Chrome Book.  Power light on.  White Screen requesting G-mail account and password.  Results in blue circle for approximately 10 minutes then becomes black screen, unable to access any functionality, applications, home page, etc.  No Cursor just black screen without functionality.  This sequence of events repeats continuously.  black screen will disappear and white screen reappears to start process over with G-mail password, blue circle and then black screen.
