New Chromebook is dead. Refresh+power does nothing. 3 finger salute does nothing. Power supply charges a different unit just fine. Different power supply does nothing either.
I don't think I missed anything, as I have been doing this kind of thing forever, but thought I'd check to see if anything someone else knows to try that I do not. (No one knows everything!)
With the COVID-19 work from home thing in full force, this is a bad time to be down one soldier. Thanks!
