Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Clear tmp warning clearing the tmp erases info stpred on the PC f1accept f2 reject. Keyboard doesn't work so I can't choose either.

I think you mean "tpm" not "tmp" -- and if that is the case, here is an HP forum thread about that issue:
