I just found that my cooler fan was making too much noise, so I tried to stop it. and finally I guess its broken,
so noise problem solved but now I started getting error report at every start about fan not working.
now as I did it intentialy, so I dont want to get this error without fixing fan.
plz help if any solution is there.

Hi @zoyashah ,
I saw your post regarding the cooling fan error message. If you are getting that error message you will most likely have to replace the cooling fan. You can try cleaning out the fan as mentioned in this HP document Reducing Heat Inside Your PC to Prevent Overheating.
If that doesn't work then you will need to have it replaced. You can contact us for repair options but filling out the form here.
