When I charge my chromebook it does not go on.  The light on the side is white and blinks when lid is down the light stays on when the lid is up.  I know it is charged , there is no picture.

Hi @Colleen1969

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that your HP Chromebook - 14a-na0040nr is not powering ON. However, you see a light next to the AC adapter port.

May I know if you have made any recent changes to your system?

Did you try pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds to check if the issue persists?

Could you please use the link here and follow the steps to check if the issue persists?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
