HP Recommended

I have a Windows 10 HP. I recently reset it back to the factory reset. Yesterday I was doing work on the laptop and the cursor was working fine. When I cut the laptop on today the cursor did not appear so I can only put in my pin number and it stays on that screen. I have been trying to find the key to unlock the cursor but nothing seems to be working. If you know what I can do I will be very grateful. I have a very important assignment due by tomorrow night and I need to get this resolved quickly. Thank you for your help.
