Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone.

I have this computer HP Omen 17-cb00010nl. The problem is that when i am playing a game such as call of duty or age of empire.. every games.. the laptop sometimes freezes and it turn off alone. If I put jack headphones its worse, it happen higher frequency.

what i 've done:

check from diagnostic hardware in the bios.. all ok

check also battery and ac power.

changed memory ssd, so I reinstalled windows before 10 then 11.

updated ram with others. 32gb ballistix sodimm

check from events visualizator, and found  critic error and the checkbug =0.

of course Updated every drivers from windows update, update the bios to f40 version from the hp drivers

INstalled hp gaming hub.

I dont do where is the problem i hope someone can help me! Thank YOU
