HP laptop will not boot into Windows 10 Home.  On start-up I get the hp logo on a black screen and message stating it is running diagnostics.  Eventually it gets to "Fixing (C) Stage 2: 100% (3120 of 3120); Total: 73%; ETC: 0:01:12.." and then does not move on - thought there is a rotating dots circle which suggests that something is happening.  I left the computer overnight and this state did not change.  I have tried various methods (key presses at start of boot) to get past this state but without success.  Please help!
