Display going black and can't open

My laptop screen getting black suddenly though seems to be still on, then I try to reopen but can't open laptop until next day or later. It has enough battery and no problem for the cables.

I would be glad if someone could help this problem. Any advice is welcome.

Thank you fror your message. Unfortunately, I cannot use phone call so cannot contact there now.

If there is someone has faced this same problem, I would like to know how to solve and this situation.
