Windows 11HP Laptop

The problem started following a force shutdown by pressing power button directly. Since then following happens when turned ON...

On the top left of screen, it says

The Operating System did not shutdown cleanly

reconstructing cache meta data......

and then bunch of lines.

This screen disappears in few seconds, then goes to HP looo and stuck there forever. After a long time, gets the BSOD which says 'we ran into problem. restart computer.Drive_PNP_Watchdog

Tried following until now, none worked.

Tried Recovery Option from BIOS - does not work - HP Logo and then BSOD

Tried HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Created a recovery media from HP - When booted through flash drive - Loading dots comes under HP logo (which I dont usually see while booting normally) - stuck on this for long time and then goes to BSOD.

Whatever I do, i dont get the recovery options

Tried Microsoft Media Creator on USB flash drive - Systtem Boots. When I go into Troubleshoot, I dont have reset PC option. Tried other options, none work. When i try fix start up, it says unable to fix start up, if i try uninstall updates, it says unabel to uninstall updates.

Tried downloading latest BIOS file from HP and updated BIOS. No luck.

Tried HP BIOS diagnostics. All checks passed. No issue or fault found on any of the components.

Any idea what else I can try please?
