Dear HP Support Forum , We Got The Problem , Please Answer Me

i Didn't Know to how to repair this case , I Found the problem 

Windows 10 Has Crashed in the process to start windows 

-recovery failed error again and again

-resetting and keep file , clear everything but i reboot again and i saw blue screen recovery again what happen?

We make a finding to solve a problems Downgrade Windows 10 and follow up to procedures hp methods 

i think this case i'm not sure why is happen again and again

If I understand your question, you are asking how to "downgrade" your PC from Win10 v1803 Bld 17134.345 to a prior build, right?

Unfortunately, there is no downgrade function, per se, in Windows.  So there is no utility you can run that will restore the OS to a prior build.

That said, MS has pulled their v1809 build from their MCT, so if you use this link, at this point, it will create Win10 media v1803 build 17134.1 (as far as I know):  Windows 10 download 

If, while Win10 is running, you insert the USB stick you created from that, go to the base folder of the USB stick, right-click on setup.exe and select Run as Administrator, that will do something known as a Repair-Install which will reinstall Win10 on top of itself while leaving the user data and applications intact.
