Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi! Please tell me a set of programs (drivers) for HP 6510er Windows 7, 32 bit. I couldn't find a program to enable the fingerprint scanner. Product HP Pavilion dv6500, S/N: [personal info removed]. Can you tell me another image to restore the system after changing the hard drive?

Hi:

 

HP only supported your notebook for Windows Vista and there were no W7 drivers released for it.

 

HP also retired support for the dv6500 model series a few years ago since it is more than 10 years old.

 

You should be able to use the Vista drivers for this model (AMD processor) from this reputable 3rd party website.

 

DO NOT UPDATE THE BIOS!  YOU CAN ONLY DO THAT IN WINDOWS VISTA.
