WINDOWS 11

Since yesterday my laptop has been stuck on the HP Wolf Security screen and it takes forever to start. Even when it finally opens, the keyboard doesn’t work, not even the on-screen one. I already tried restarting it and taking it to a repair shop, and they told me it’s a hardware problem and that I’d probably need a new laptop. I didn’t do anything to it, it just suddenly stopped working. In the past it has been repaired for water damage.

Hello.

Take the laptop to a HP service partner to have it properly diagnosed.

If you keep pressing ESC key when the HP / Wolf logo is shown, are you presented with a menu for options? Try the F2 key and run the different diagnostics.
