My Elitebook used to boot very fast. I have not changed anything except added a few programs. I noticed that it suddenly started taking forever to boot to the Windows login screen and cannot figure out why. I've checked and disabled anything within Windows via the registry and system settings with no luck and I believe it has to be a BIOS setting that is causing it but I cannot figure out which one.

I have 32 gb of ram and a 1 tb SSD which is 85% empty, all powered by an i7 processor so it's not an  issue with hardware. Once I log into Windows, it performs amazingly fast. I'm stumped considering it just randomly started to boot slow and I did not make any system changes when it did. Any help would be greatly appreciated because this is driving me nuts.
