Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my laptop is stuck on sure start recovery screen. Everytime i start my laptop it ends up there. Cant open BIOS or anything else. Connecting to internet cable does not help. Tried removing ssd and taking out cmos battery. Nothing helps.
