I use fingerprint to unlock 'power on authentication' from HP Surestart. But suddenly fingerprint does not recognize my fingerprint??? Tried many times (50x?). The other option is to use a password. But I forgot that one propably to write it down in my password manager. Tried some 30 different ones I could think of. I am really disappointed in the product of HP, because it's a new laptop and not cheap one.
How can I proceed to unlock my Elitebook? Otherwise I will return the product and choose another supplier were the fingerprint sensor does always function.
