Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hi. I need help. When enabled, the laptop asks for a password. My password doesn't pass. p/n VJ168EA#ACB. Can I reset or restore it?

Your post header says you're running windows XP -- really? IF that is the case then no, you can't restore it because no one has carried XP restore media for YEARS now!
