Solved!

Envy 17 unable to reboot into system after undated bios

HP Recommended
Envy 17 j0g76av
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I updated the bios after i reset my laptop, after it reboot, it shows a box to me to enter the administrator password or power on password. There is a code after i entered the password three times wrong, it's i 72351750.
Even press the win+b while powering on, it just updated the bios again but same window would show up.
