Product: HP ENVY dv7-7332ea Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop won't turn on. Screen is completely blank and caps lock is blinking with two blinks repeatedly.

 

I have followed the troubleshooting which has lead me to believe this is a BIOS issue. The only option appears to be a manual bios recovery from a usb drive, but there is no bios update at the support page (https://support.hp.com/ie-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-dv7-7300-notebook-pc-series/5330546/model/5...)

 

Any help appreciate! I've had this laptop a long time but not ready to say goodbye!
