HP Recommended

I forgot my password and am trying to reset the laptop to factory settings but keep getting error code 0xc0000225. How can I fix this so I can reset the computer and create a new account. (The laptop has no files and was previously reset a couple years ago. )

Should be similar for Windows 11.
