Hi,

Usually it indicates that the hard drive has failed.

However, take a look at this HP document which shows what you can try, If during the tests you get acode stating that the hard drive has failed let me know. In that case you will need to contact HP support directly if the PC is still under warranty. If the PC is not under warranty you can replace the drive yourself (I can provide a guide on how to do this).

Welcome to the HP Support Community @Eko_Pujianto26

Is that better your Lordship @iomare

Your specs do not have "OPTANE" listed as an option that is installed but if it is look at one of your: " Advisories "

Advisory: HP Consumer PCs - Boot Device Not Found (3F0) or Automatic Repair Errors:

@REO51ST

As you state, the advisory is for PCs with optane memory, as it is the optane memory which gives the problem. So I believe the advisory is not relevant in this case.

David

P.s. By the way, it is no longer a "forum", but a community.

Yes, my problem is about misconfiguration with intel optane. I had passed procedures 1 and 2 that you gave for me. But I can't pass procedure 3 because I don't have option to disable intel optane in bios. My laptop type is HP 14s-cf0044tx . wrote:

Hi,

Did you install Intel Optane memory yourself after purchasing the PC.The spec sheet does not list optane memory nor the specification in HP store:

Yes I did. But thanks a lot for all help. I have solved the problem by reinstalled the OS with UEFI mode and GPT. Maybe the pre-installed OS by vendor didn't used that mode. I thought that the problem also caused by Intel Rapid Storage Technology. Now, intel optane running perfectly.
