I replaced the motherboard  935498-601 on the HP Laptop HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 on warranty –

 On startup , an error message  appear : Warning !! Machine is not in committed state  .

Hi,

It means the motherboard has not been programmed with the info from the notebook (serial, product...)

There are special tools which HP partners have (DMI tool) to rogram the BIOS and put the notebook in a commited state.
