When turning on the Laptop -  hardware diagnostics come on all the time. , if I run hard drive check it says no detected, there is  scan disk M2 128gb chip installed

HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI

If I press exit or continue it just loads up again to Same screen, it’s like it set to load from the hhd rather than the NVMe chip, but I can’t see a way in bois to show this ?

Hello, update to this : the laptop has a scan disk m.2 chip ssd that I don’t think is seen in bois , is there anything I can do to boot from the drive, it’s not listed in bois , how do I get it to show in bois . The laptop has been working .
