Pavilion HP 14-bk069na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Morning all.

I have a issue with the HP Pavilion laptop.  When i power the laptop up, the screen comes up straight away with the F30 error code.  I have ran the F2 test and comes up as success.  Also done the ESC option and still comes back as good.

Do i need to order a new hard drive or can anybody suggest a solution??

Many thanks.

@Tealy It's usually 3f0, are you sure it's F30 on your device? if yes, please share a screenshot, so we know exactly what we are dealing with?

Meanwhile, I suggest you attempt the below steps:

Let's perform a power reset as per HP standards:

Ensure your laptop is OFF.

Unplug all the external devices (If any).

Disconnect the power charger from the computer, and remove the battery.

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Connect the power supply (power adapter).

Press the power button to turn on your laptop.

Then put your battery back.
