Some have had success by removing the BIOS/RTC battery.

 

What is the exact model or product number of your laptop.

Im not sure what info u need but its an HP 15 notebook pc version 10.0.16299

On the bottom of the laptop it should have a Product Number and or a Model Number.

 

Yours should be something like 15-n123us

Sorry @edsterman but to get to the BIOS/RTC you would need to disassemble the laptop.

 

It is located under the system board.
